Coffee Orders

Processing Time: All coffee products are roasted and prepared to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipment.

Transit Time: Shipping times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their coffee approximately 3 business days after it ships.

Freshness Promise: Each bag is packaged with care to ensure optimal freshness upon arrival.
Merchandise Orders
(Examples: mugs, apparel, accessories)

Processing Time: Merchandise items require additional handling. Please allow approximately 7 business days for processing.

Transit Time: Once shipped, merchandise typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Split Shipments
Because coffee and merchandise have different production times, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as soon as it becomes available.
