Returns & Refund Policy

At The Wild Rogue Coffee Co., your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our coffee and merchandise. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Coffee & Tea Products

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if you experience an issue with your order that was caused on our end, we will make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Damaged packages with photo of damage

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful and may be requested for quality control.


Merchandise (Non-Coffee Items)

If you purchased merchandise such as mugs, apparel, or accessories:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a shop credit for the original purchase price.


Exchanges

For merchandise, we offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

If the exact item is no longer available, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Coffee and Tea 

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
